Turkey with Chipotle Rub

1-Defrost turkey, if set. Preheat stove to 325 degrees F. In a little bowl join coriander, paprika, garlic salt, dim pepper, and ground chipotle pepper.
2-Wash turkey; pat dry with paper towels. Stick turkey neck skin to back. Tuck drumstick closes under the band of skin or append drumsticks securely to tail. Bend wing tips under the back. Place turkey, chest side up, on a rack in a shallow searing skillet. Rub with oil and get-up-and-go mix. Insert a meat thermometer into the point of convergence of an inside thigh muscle. Cover turkey uninhibitedly with ruin.
