Ingredients:

800 g sliced ​​lamb or soft cow meat.

Two small heads of tomatoes, coarsely chopped.

100 g finely chopped spinach leaves.

600 g canned beans (see picture) washed and filtered.

One quarter cup fresh coriander leaves.

One quarter cup fresh parsley.

One third of vinegar.

How to prepare:

Sprinkle the lamb meat with spices with the help of the hands, then grind the lamb on the coal or over a finger until it ripens and red. Cover grilled lamb and leave aside for 5 minutes and then cut into thick slices.
