How Kaneloni worked at a rapid pace





Ingredients of Caneloni paste:


2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 small hanging of cocoa powder
1/2 small suspension of crushed cinnamon
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil or olive oil
1 small hanging of white vinegar
1 large egg separated
About 2 liters of oil or fried oil
1/2 cup nuts, ground pistachios, grated chocolates and dressings for decoration
The amount of sugar needed
Filling components:
1 cup of cooked canned beans
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 small hanging of red pepper
-1 and 1/2 outstanding small Italian spices
- Oranges of fresh parsley to decorate
- 1 large hanging of olive oil
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup of chopped chocolates
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation:


1. Note that if you want to make a chocolate canola dough. You can replace a few tablespoons of flour with about 25% spoons of cocoa powder. In a food mixing bowl or electric mixer, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

5. Sprinkle the flour on the pastry plate and the dough piece into two pieces with the dough about 13 inches thick
6 - Cut the dough into five circles medium or large or small, as you prefer
7 - Roll the circles in the form of oval so that the dough becomes longer and higher
8. Put the canola oil in oil before placing the oval dough on it. When rolling the oval dough, start by placing the longer side on the corner of the tube and kneading the dough from the outside by whitening the egg.
9. In a deep frying pan, pour the oil to a depth of about 3 inches and heat the oil at 375 degrees Celsius, then put a small piece of dough, and after the oil rinsing you can put the rest of the dough batter and prepare a dish with towels and paper bags
10. Be careful when placing the cannoli tubes in the hot oil and do not overcrow the pan with tubes and leave it for about two minutes in the oil until the color turns into golden structures.
11 - Raise the canola pipes of oil with a large suspension and filter the oil well from the pipes, and put them on paper towels
12. When the tubes are hot, pull them out of the canola with a towel and leave them until they are completely cool
13. Repeat these steps with the rest of the canola tubes and leave them cool
