Many people like to eat sushi, but they think they can only eat it outside the house, but this is a wrong thought, you can do it yourself at home Here's a simple and easy way to work at home:






Ingredients:

      Unsweetened dried seaweed (found in layers of sushi preparation)
     Rice vinegar
      sugar
      salt
Other Seasonings:
     Ginger.
     soy sauce.
Steps:
1. Choose two types of vegetables (cucumbers and carrots), fish (sea crab), dried seaweed (also known as Nuri) and rice.

2 - Put two cups of sushi rice in a bowl and a well, then add an appropriate amount of water and put it on the stove.





3 - Wash the vegetables well then put the islands on the place for cutting vegetables and cut into short slices and do the same with the option.

4. Cut fish into short slices and make sure they are equal in length.
5 - rest on the rice and if the grandmother is ready to eat from the fireplace and put it in a dish.
6 - Put two tablespoons of rice vinegar in a bowl (you can add more or less to your taste) and add some sugar and salt and keep it until it melts and repeat it until it tastes palatable to you.

7 -Add this mixture to rice and stir it well. Here you can add more rice vinegar until the rice grains are separated from each other easily.
8. Place the sea grass flakes on the bamboo mat and sprinkle the rice on it. You should separate it well so that it does not leave empty openings, especially the middle third, and rub the side with some rice vinegar until it sticks easily when wrapped.
9 - in the bamboo mat in a long tube in the form of a tube and then take out the roll of sushi and cut them as follows.
10. Cut them from half to half, then each half in parallel to the other and then cut them again from the middle. This cutting method is the best way to keep the ingredients from falling outside the sushi roll.
11. Now the sushi is ready to eat.
